Darragh serves as the Acquisitions Manager at Ocean Harbor Capital and has been involved in real estate in various capacities throughout his entire adult life. Growing up with parents who owned rental properties sparked his interest in the industry early on. During college, he began his career in property management and leasing, which soon led him to the world of real estate investing. He discovered that busy operators didn’t always have their own acquisitions team or the time to effectively identify and contact owners of prospective properties. Recognizing this gap, he realized he could add value by helping operators source opportunities and assisting sellers in exiting their investments on favorable terms.

Today, Darragh partners with seasoned operators in various asset classes, assisting them in acquiring properties that align with their expertise.
